中文摘要: 科技的进步以及人们消费水平的提高加速了产品的更新换代,其时效性成为衡量产品价值的一个重要指标。除了传统的易腐性产品,越来越多的产品会随库存时间的推移而发生数量或价值的衰减,这些产品统称为易逝品。产品的易逝性造成了社会财富的巨大浪费,易逝品库存控制及定价决策能平衡企业的库存成本和销售收入,已成为生产运作管理领域的研究热点。易逝品库存系统本质上为不确定非线性动态系统,动态系统优化理论可为易逝品的库存及定价决策提供强有力的工具。本项目综合考虑易逝品库存系统中的不确定性,拥塞效应,及仓储技术投资、温度控制等对库存衰减的影响,利用分段线性系统方法、鲁棒最优控制和随机最优控制理论研究易逝品库存控制与动态定价的联合决策,极大化企业收益,在此基础上协调优化易逝品供应链。研究目标的实现可有效降低库存损耗和企业运营风险,提升企业竞争力,提高供应链整体效率,为易逝品库存控制及收益管理决策提供理论指导和技术支持。

英文摘要: Advances in technology and the enhancement of people's consumption level accelerate the upgrading of products. Timeliness is an important indicator to measure the value of a product. The value or the number of most products, including traditional deteriorating products, will decrease over storage time. These products are called perishable products, and the perishable properties result in a huge waste of social wealth. The inventory control and pricing strategy of such products can balance inventory costs and sales revenue of enterprises, which has become a hot research field of production and operations management. The inventory system of perishable products is an uncertain nonlinear dynamical system in essence. The optimization theory of dynamical system will provide a powerful tool for the inventory control and pricing decision for perishable products. Aiming to maximize enterprise profit, and taking into consideration the uncertainties in system parameters, the congestion effects in storage, and the effects of inventory technology investments and temperature control strategies on the decay of the products in storage, we will apply the piecewise linear system method, robust or statistic optimal control theory to solve the joint inventory control and dynamic pricing decision problem. Furthermore, we will investigate the inventory control and pricing decision-making from the view of the coordination and optimization of the supply chain with perishable products. The realization of the research can effectively reduce the inventory loss and operational risk, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain system, and finally provide theoretical guidance and technical support for joint decision-making of inventory control and revenue management for perishable products.
