中文摘要: 我们采用弱外延生长技术交替沉积氟代酞菁铜(F16CuPc)和自由酞菁(H2Pc),制备了有机超晶格。并且利用原子显微镜,X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜,场效应晶体管和二极管实验对其进行了表征,说明超晶格表现出完美的周期性结构,能带传输机制和高频率响应特性。进一步利用外延技术,制备出了高迁移率的场效应晶体管,并且其迁移率可以通过诱导层进行调节。有机超晶格薄膜的制备和对其特性的理解为有机超晶格的进一步研究和实际应用打下了基础。

英文摘要: We prepared the organic superlattice films by using the weak epitaxy growth method and the alternate deposition F16CuPc and H2Pc. the superlattice films were investigated by Atomic force microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Scanning electronic microscopy, field-effect transistors and diodes,indicating the superlattice showed a perfect periodic structure with a band-transport mechanism and high-frequency response characteristics.The epitaxy method was also used to fabricate the high-mobility transistors, and its mobility can be tuned by changing the inducing layer.The fabrication of organic superlattice and the understanding of its features provide the foundation for further research and practical application of organic superlattice.
