中文摘要: 针对复杂制造过程中过程参数相互耦合和误差异源现象,将研究对象从单个工序转向整个过程、从产品质量特性转向过程参数、从独立参数转向多参数耦合,综合运用几何建模方法、系统控制理论、数学分析方法实现复杂制造过程设计优化、误差溯源和质量分析控制。主要解决的关键问题包括:1)产品关键质量特性及主要误差源的表达形式;2)反映工序之间关系的系统矩阵、输入误差对产品质量特性影响的输入矩阵及传感器测量的观测矩阵结构形式构建;3)复杂制造过程工艺方案性能优劣的评价指标建立和方案优化;4)研究误差耦合机理,进行异源误差分离、溯源和预测;5)基于粗集理论的质量改进方法。在理论研究的基础上构建面向事前、事中和事后的质量分析控制系统,保证复杂制造过程稳定性,提高产品质量。

英文摘要: For the phenomenon of process parameters coupling and heterogeneous variations stream in the complex manufacturing processes,the research object has been turned from the single working procedure to the whole process,from the product quality characteristic to the process parameters, from the single parameter to the parameter coupling. In addition, the optimal design, error tracing and quality control for the complex manufacturing process have been discussed by the geometry model method, the theory of system control and the math analysis methods. The mainly problems have been considered as follows: 1) the expression of key quality characteristics and mainly variation; 2) the Specific structures of system matrix which express the relations of each working procedures, input matrix which express the influence of variation to quality characteristics and observation matrix which includes sensor deployment information; 3) establishing the evaluate indexs that reflect the performance of process plan and improving process plan; 4) studying the variations coupling mechanism, separating,tracing and forecasting the haterogeneous variations; 5) improving the quality by rough theory.
