中文摘要: 复合道面的力学行为和使用寿命对层间性状非常敏感。飞机加减速、转弯和掉头产生的显著水平力,加剧了层间性状的非线性及其对道面的影响。沥青面层和水泥混凝土板的层间是复合道面中的最薄弱环节,受荷载、环境、结构、材料、工艺等的影响,行为复杂。传统结构分析中简单的层间状态假定与实际不符,易导致结构设计与评价失效,其改进的核心是掌握层间力学性状和演变规律。本项目围绕复合道面中沥青面层与混凝土板的层间问题,以沥青粘结类处理为重点,研发层间力学性状多尺度试验方法和精细化模拟技术;系统分析复合道面层间对飞机作用的力学响应,明确温度等外部因素的影响程度,全面揭示层间力学性状的非线性特征;试验分析重复荷载和冻融循环作用下的层间力学性能与状态,揭示层间性状随荷载累积和环境变化的演变规律;面向结构设计、评价与寿命预估,提出复合道面层间力学性状的表征模型和演变方程。从而为构建复合道面结构设计与评价新方法提供理论和数据。

英文摘要: The mechanical behavior and life of airport composite pavement is sensitive to interlayer condition and performance. Larger horizontal stress will be produced in the pavement by the braking, accelerating and turning of aircraft. It will aggravate the effects of interlayer. The interlayer between HMA and PCC is the weakest interlayer in composite pavement. Its behavior is very complex, which influenced by load, environment, structure, material, and construction. The condition of the interlayer is simplified as a friction index in the traditional structure analysis, which leads to inaccurate results of pavement structure design and evaluation. It needs to be improved via exploring interlayer performance and condition. This project will focus on the interlayer between HMA and PCC, which is treated by tack coat. The multi-size test methods will be developed as well as a numerical simulate model. The responses of interlayer under the application of load and temperature will be analyzed. The nonlinear properties of the interlayer will be explored. The long time performance and condition of the interlayer will be tested by load repeating and freezing and thawing cycle. Then the models for interlayer condition and equation for long time performance will be developed, which are the bases of developing new structure desig
