中文摘要: 基于累积损伤原理的设计方法逐渐成为国际上水泥混凝土道面结构设计方法的主流。该方法核心是多机种荷载作用下道面累积损伤的计算。由于受飞机起落架构型、轮迹偏移以及接缝影响,水泥道面累积损伤在空间上具有显著非均匀性,与道面上各机型荷载应力及作用次数峰值出现的位置、大小和数量有关。对此现行设计方法中仅在最不利荷载位置或最大通行位置上作粗略估算,使结果过于保守。改进的基础是对轮迹分布的详细测试、道面结构空间响应的分析及损伤效应的合理表达。本项目拟研发非接触式轮迹分布测试仪,实现飞机轮迹空间分布的现场测试与分析;建立水泥道面结构响应有限元分析模型,对多工况结构响应进行模拟,进一步应用结构影响面法,揭示道面结构响应量随荷载作用位置变化的规律;在此基础上,计算混合交通条件下道面累积损伤量,构建水泥道面损伤曲面及其函数模型。预期成果对于改进机场水泥混凝土道面结构设计方法和评价技术,具有重要学术意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: The design method based on cumulative damage principle has gradually become the mainstream for airport cement concrete pavement. The core of this design method is calculation of pavement cumulative damage caused by multi-aircraft loading. However, because of effects of difference among the width of aircrafts main landing gear, wheel track wandering and slabs joint, concrete pavement cumulative damage is significant heterogeneity in space and has a close relationship with position, value and quantity of peaks of load stress and load frequency on pavement when multi-aircraft operation . The present design method only rough estimates it by considering critical load position or maximum traffic position, so that results are too conservative. The base of improvement is detailed survey of aircraft wheel track, analysis of pavement spatial response, and reasonable expression of damage effect . This project intends to develop noncontact wheel trace monitor system to survey and analyze aircraft wheel trace wander,establish finite element models to analyze pavement structure spatial response under multiple working cases, further construct pavement structure influence surfaces to reveal the rule of pavement structure response changing with load position.
