中文摘要: 还原氧化石墨烯因具有快速的电子传递能力和大量催化活性位点,被广泛应用于构建电化学传感界面。咔咯(Corrole)是一类新型类卟啉大环化合物,能稳定结合高价金属离子,所形成的金属配合物具有良好的电催化活性。本项目提出采用电还原法可控制备还原氧化石墨烯-咔咯纳米复合材料并应用于电化学传感。首先将咔咯进行一系列的衍生化,然后将其与氧化石墨烯进行复合,制备出氧化石墨烯-咔咯纳米复合物;接着采用电化学还原法对氧化石墨烯-咔咯纳米复合物进行可控还原得到一系列不同还原程度的还原氧化石墨烯-咔咯纳米复合材料;最后将不同还原程度的还原氧化石墨烯-咔咯纳米复合材料应用于电化学传感,筛选出对特定检测底物有高选择性、高灵敏度的纳米复合材料。本项目为制备还原程度可控的还原氧化石墨烯纳米复合材料提供了一个切实可行的方案,而且可以为咔咯衍生物的合成、石墨烯-咔咯纳米复合材料的合成及其实际应用做出有意义的探索。

英文摘要: Reduced graphene oxide(RGO), due to its high electrical conductivity and containing large number of catalytically active sites, has been widely used in construction of electrochemical sensors. Corrole is a new type of porphyrin analogues, they can coordinate metal ions in higher oxidation states and show high electro-catalytic activity. In this project, we propose to prepare of RGO-corrole composite materials controllably with electrochemical reduction method, and apply the composite materials for electrochemical sensing. Firstly, we design and synthesize a series of corrole derivatives, and combine them with graphene oxide(GO) to prepare GO-corrole composites; then electrochemical reduction method was used to make a series of RGO-corrole composite materials with different O/C rate. The RGO-corrole composites are applied for electrochemical sensing, nanocomposites which specifically response to the substrate with high sensitivity are screening out. This project will not only provide a new practical solution for the controllable preparation RGO-corrole composite materials, but also contribute significantly to the chemical derivatization of corrole and practical applications of RGO-corrole materials.
