中文摘要: 单纳米线太阳能电池是指将太阳能电池的功能模块集成在单根纳米线上,使其具有光伏特性,能够将太阳光的辐射转换成直流电输出。单纳米线太阳能电池的极微小尺寸致使其制备比较困难,在科学研究领域还处在探索研究阶段。目前的制备方法局限于使用昂贵的设备和苛刻的条件,并且不具备高通量的制备能力。针对这些不足,本研究拟利用简便易行的多孔阳极氧化铝模板(AAO)辅助电化学沉积法来批量制备单纳米线太阳能电池。电化学沉积法可以在常温、常压、液相条件下,利用常用的电化学工作站即可进行。应用表面布满高密度纳米孔的AAO模板能够实现纳米线的可控生长和批量制备。单纳米线太阳能电池潜在地可应用于驱动微纳电子器件和微纳机器人等,以及应用于太阳能电池的基础科学研究。本研究课题的成功实施将贡献一种简便易行的、低成本的、批量的单纳米线太阳能电池的制备方法。

英文摘要: Nanomaterials synthesis is the cornerstone of the whole nanomaterials research. AAO (Anodic Aluminum Oxide) template assisted synthesis is one of most fundamental techniques in synthesizing nanomaterials based on bottom-up strategy. Nanowires of many types of inorganic and organic materials have been successfully synthesized using AAO template-assisted electrochemical depositions. These nanowires are usually produced with single composition. It is well known that the properties of nanomaterials strongly depend on their compositions. One of representative examples is functional nanomaterials, which usually have multiple compositions and complex structures. The synthesis of functional nanomaterials has become an important topic in the research field of functional nanomaterials. Single nanowire solar cell is a typical functional nanomaterial having complex structure and multiple compositions including P- and N-type semiconductors and conductive electrodes. The single nanowire solar cells in previous studies are mostly synthesized through utilizing expensive and advanced apparatuses under hash conditions such as high temperatures, extremely low pressure, and highly pure chemicals.
