中文摘要: 本项目研究立足当前"绿色化学和有机催化"前沿与研究热点,在课题组已取得的特色工作基础上,把多组分串联反应极强的环化构建能力与有机小分子(手性)催化剂高效的碳碳和碳杂键构建能力有机地结合起来,旨在设计、合成和筛选高效的有机催化剂分子库,选择简易可得的原料,发展原子经济性的、高效的多组分串联新反应和新方法,研究反应的机理与调控,考察催化剂活性、反应底物结构与反应选择性之间的构效关系,高选择性合成一批具有潜在生物活性的结构多样性的含氮杂环,并用于天然生物碱和药物的合成。项目的实施为快速合成大量具有结构多样性和复杂性含氮杂环提供新反应和新方法,并丰富有机小分子催化剂的种类;对发展有机合成反应方法学,扩展对环境友好和符合原子经济性的"绿色合成"等具有科学价值。

英文摘要: In the current hot research topics of green chemistry and organocatalysis, based on in the characteristics of our work, this project combines strong build capacity of multi-component tandem cyclization reaction and efficient key build of carbon-carbon and carbon-hetero of small organic molecules (chiral) catalyst to design, synthesis and screening of highly efficient organic catalyst molecule library, select the easy availability of raw materials, and develop atom economy, and efficient multi-component tandem new reactions and new methods. We will study the reaction mechanism and regulation, study the structure-activity relationship the catalytic activity of a substrate structure and reactivity, to highly selective synthesis a number of structural diversity of potential biological activity of nitrogen-containing heterocyclicand for the synthesis of natural alkaloids and drugs. Implementation of the project will lead to the rapid synthesis of a large number of new reactions and new methods of structural diversity and complexity of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic, and to enrich the types of small organic molecules catalyst. This will be of scientific value to the development of organic synthesis reaction method, and extendtion of green synthesis with the environment friendly and atom economy.
