中文摘要: 针对老年人人体具有一定驱动能力的特点,提出了由人体和机械共同构成的人机闭环生物融合式外骨骼机构类型,并将其用于助老机器人研究。生物融合式外骨骼将人体机构作为其必要组成部分,可充分发挥人体机构特有的能动性和灵活性。由于生物融合式外骨骼的确定运动需要机械和人体的共同作用来实现,有效提高了运动过程中人体的安全性,从机构层面做到以人为本。项目基于人体解剖学、生物力学知识,建立不同健康水平老年人的人体机构模型;结合约束螺旋综合法综合得到不同生物融合式人体四肢外骨骼构型,基于影响系数法和螺旋理论建立其运动学、动力学模型,并对其构型进行优化设计;应用性能优良的生物融合式外骨骼创新设计并研制助老机器人样机。本项目从不同健康状态老年人的切身需求出发,探索一种可以发挥老年人在运动过程中主动性和积极性的生物融合式外骨骼型综合和构型优化理论,对人机闭环机构的研究以及我国助老机器人的发展具有重要意义。

英文摘要: According to the drive capability of different human body,a human-machine bio-syncretic exoskeleton closed-loop mechanism composed of human body and machine is proposed to develop robots for the aged.The bio-syncretic exoskeleton can give full play to the initiative and flexibility of the human body for it's a necessary part of the mechanism. The position and orientation of the bio-syncretic exoskeleton are decided by the the inputs of mechanical mechanism and human mechanism,such construction improves the safety of human body in the system ,the design of bio-syncretic exoskeleton reflects the people-oriented design philosophy.Based on human anatomy and biological mechanics the human mechanism model of the aged at different health status;Different bio-syncretic exoskeletons of the human body would be got based on the constraint screw theory,and they would be optimized based on their kinematics and dynamics model established on the influence coefficient and screw theory. Bio-syncretic exoskeleton of high performance would be used to develop robot for the aged.The project explores the type synthesis and configuration optimization theory of the bio-syncretic exoskeleton which can develop the initiative and enthusiasm of the aged in the athletic process, and it has important guiding significance in the research of
