中文摘要: 生物制氢过程中暗发酵液的有机酸积累和产物生成制约产氢微生物的新陈代谢活动,对生物制氢具有反馈抑制作用,因此对暗发酵液的品质调控机理及质量传递特性开展研究具有重要的科学意义和实际应用价值。本项目采用实验研究、理论分析和数值模拟计算等方法,研究生物制氢过程中秸秆类生物质暗发酵液的形成规律及各成分的共存条件和竞争机制,探索暗发酵液的质量传递特性,阐明暗发酵液的品质调控机理,获得暗发酵液品质调控与质量传递之间的耦合特性,揭示暗发酵液的高效质量传递和最优能量转化理论,构建高效、节能、低成本的秸秆制氢暗发酵液品质调控体系,为实现生物制氢效率的提高及秸秆生物制氢调控体系的工业化应用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: The organic acid accumulation and the generated product of dark fermentation effluent restrict hydrogen production microbial metabolic activity which is not conducive to photosynthetic bacteria decomposing and utilizing dark fermentation effluent. As a result, dark fermentation effluent inhibits hydrogen production. So the quality control and the mass transfer of dark fermentation effluent become a key point to affect hydrogen production efficiency, and researching it has important scientific significance and practical application value. Forming regularity, coexistence conditions and competition mechanism of straw biomass dark fermentation effluent are studied by experiments, theoretical analysis and mathematical simulation. In order to solve the inhibition of dark fermented effluent on hydrogen production, mass transfer characteristics and quality control mechanism are researched to discover the efficient mass transfer theory and the optimal energy conversion theory of dark fermented effluent and obtain the relationship between quality control and mass transfer, and a high efficiency, energy saving, low cost of dark fermented effluent quality control system will be established. The achievements of this project will contribute theoretical foundation to improve bio-hydrogen production efficiency and realize the industrial application of bio-hydrogen production quality control system.
