英文摘要: In this project, novel stable magnetic Pickering emulsion will be prepared by the construction of the interface between the phases of oil and water with the magnetic nanoparticles obtained by controllable self-assembly technique. By the use of interfacial rheology analytical technique, the interfacial strength, interfacial structure and interfacial dynamics of the magnetic Pickering emulsion will be investigated, and the interfacial formation and stability mechanisms of the magnetic Pickering emulsion will be discussed. Through the establishment of the relationships among the interfacial construction, interfacial rheological characters and interfacial stability of the magnetic Pickering emulsion, the new methods and ideas will be provided for the design, preparation and investigation of the functional emulsions, and the new templates and new techniques will be provided for the preparation of such new materials as interfacial self-assembly functional nanoparticles, functional hollow microspheres and nanocapsules.
