中文摘要: 突发事故应急处置业务流程是应急联动处置系统的核心,有效的业务流程构建能够提高临危决策效率和效果,利用推荐技术能够辅助实现应急处置流程快速构建。项目以跨组织应急处置流程推荐作为应用背景,以Petri网作为应急处置流程建模工具,以Petri网的相似度计算作为基础理论,建立跨组织业务流程相似度计算和推荐技术。研究内容包括跨组织应急联动处置业务流程的元模型及其运算代数、Petri网的相似度计算理论、跨组织应急联动处置业务流程相似度计算、跨组织应急联动处置业务流程的重用和推荐等。最后将理论和方法研究在煤矿安全突发事故应急处置系统中予以应用和验证,实现相关的原型系统。通过本项目的研究,丰富和完善Petri网相似度计算理论体系,建立跨组织应急联动处置流程推荐的方法。项目成果将会为流程建模和应急决策人员提供决策支持和信息服务,从而为突发事故临危决策提供科学依据和技术支持。

英文摘要: Emergency response process is a core of an emergency response system. It is important to build the response processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency decision-making. Using recommendation technology can help to construct the emergency processes quickly. The project proposal takes cross-organization emergency process recommendation as application background, in which Petri nets are used as the emergency response process modeling tools and similarity computing of Petri nets is regarded as the fundamental theory. The aim of the project is to build the similarity computing and recommendation approaches to cross-organization business processes. The reasearch contents include an meta-model and its calculation algebra for cross-organization emergency response processes, similarity computing of Petri nets, similarity computing, reuse and recommendation of cross-organization emergency response processes and so on. Finally, the emergency response system of the coal mine safety is used as the application case to verify the research theory and approach proposed in the project, and a relevant prototype system can be designed and implemented. The reseach contributions of the project can enrich and improve the similarity computing theory of Petri nets, and provide a recommendation approach of cross-organization emergency response processes. The reseach achivements can provide decision support and information services for the users of process modeling and emergency decision-making, so the scientific basis and technical support can be obtained for the decision-making of an emergency response system.
