中文摘要: 针对复杂工业系统动态优化与柔性控制的挑战,受生物体稳态协同调控体系的启发,提出基于动态数据驱动的复杂工业多级系统的鲁棒协同优化与可重构控制理论与方法。构建生物网络启发的复杂多级系统鲁棒协同优化模型,提出基于生物多维协同进化机制的多级系统鲁棒协同优化方法;兼顾系统的整体性能及闭环系统的动态特性,提出基于动态数据驱动的复杂工业多级系统的可重构鲁棒分配控制方法,提高复杂多级系统的可重构控制性能;建立基于鲁棒协同优化的可重构复杂工业网络系统的协同控制模型和体系结构,设计并实现仿生可重构复杂工业网络的协同控制原型系统;针对高性能纤维的复杂加工过程,研究其多级牵伸过程的鲁棒协同优化与可重构控制系统,验证基于鲁棒协同优化的仿生可重构工业网络系统用于复杂工业多级系统控制的可行性。以上成果为解决复杂工业的鲁棒协同优化与可重构控制提供创新的理论和应用方法,在面对不确定环境下各种未知需求时有着广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: With the increasing complexity of industrial systems, the requirement for dynamic optimization and flexible control is growing significantly. To meet the huge challenge, data-driven robust collaborative optimization and reconfigurable control inspired by the stable coordinated control mechanism of biological networks are proposed for multi-stage complex industrial systems. Based on multidimensional co-evolutionary mechanism of biological networks, robust collaborative optimization for multi-stage industrial systems is developed. Taking into account both the overall performance of the system and the dynamic behavior of the closed-loop control system, this project is going to obtain robust reconfigurable control systems driven by the dynamical data for the multi-stage complex systems, which could improve the reconfigurable control performance of the complex industrial systems. Coordinated control model and structure based on robust collaborative optimization for complex reconfigurable industrial systems will be studied to establish the prototype of coordinated control system in complex industrial networks, which is inspired by the reconfigurability in bionic systems. This project will design the robust collaborative optimization and reconfigurable control systems for the multi-stage drafting system in the complex process of high performance fibers. The feasibility of robust collaborative optimization and bionic reconfigurable control systems will be verified by simulations and experiments. Innovative achievements in both theory and technology can be scored to solve the problems of robust collaborative optimization and reconfigurable control in complex industrial systems and have wide application perspective under the various unknown demand in uncertain environment.
