中文摘要: 面向失效事件频发的不确定性风险环境,企业要求供应链网络系统在发生失效事件、部分节点(设施)失效时,具有快速恢复到初始状态或理想状态的能力,即供应链网络系统的弹性能力;同时不过多地增加供应链系统日常运营成本。基于这种弹性供应链网络系统设计的新型理念,本项目通过企业调研,建立供应链系统风险度量指标体系,分析影响供应链网络弹性的性能指标。另外,对于由众多节点构成的供应链网络系统,单个节点的失效以及失效事件的级联瀑布效应的影响,对整个供应链网络产生严重的影响。因此本项目,建立了复杂网络失效事件级联效应模型,并分析失效事件对各种广义复杂网络系统的瀑布级联效应影响及其鲁棒性策略。基于供应失效的不确定风险环境,建立多源供应的弹性供应链网络设计问题的数学模型,设计相应的优化算法,优化供应链网络结构。基于分销中心(节点)的失效风险,考虑企业最大容忍失效成本、分销网络失效的惩罚成本和期望客户服务水平等弹性约束,建立相应的弹性分销网络设计问题的数学模型,设计相应的优化算法,优化分销网络结构。本项目在研究方法上具有明显的创新性;并将为企业建立弹性供应链网络提供重要的理论依据和实践指导。

英文摘要: Under the highly uncertainty risk of supply chain disruptions, supply-chain system should have the ability to quickly restore its capability to the initial state or ideal state when its part of nodes collapsed, while the resilient process does not lead to increase the supply –hain normal operating costs expensively. We call the ability as the resilient ability of supply-chain network. Based the new resilient supply-chain network design ideas, the study will firstly established a risk metric system of supply chain system, and analyzed these factors which impact the supply-chain network resilience. Meanwhile, For Supply chain network system consisting of many nodes and the communication behaviors of cascading failure effect of any supply-chain node disruption, any disruption event arising from the supply chain network may heavily damage the supply-chain network itself. Consider to those reasons, we modeled the cascading failures effect in generally complex networks, and analyzed the possibly universal robustness strategies of complex networks against the cascading Failures. Furthermore, due to the uncertain risk of supply disruptions, the study built some multi-sourcing models to deal with problems of the resilient supply chain network design, and proposed its heuristic algorithms to optimize supply-chain network structure. In the end, Based the distribution centers disruptions risk, the study considered some key constraints which impact the resilience ability of distribution network design, such as, the maximal tolerance costs, the punishment costs of distribution network disruptions, and the expect customer service levels, and proposed its intelligent algorithms to optimize distribution network structure. The study is obviously innovative in its research methods, and it will help enterprises to build resilient supply-chain networks.
