中文摘要: SC-CO2钻井是一项开发非常规油气藏的新技术,对我国油气井工程技术的发展和非常规油气藏的高效开发具有深远意义。对于SC-CO2钻井只有当CO2在井下处于超临界态时,才能发挥SC-CO2钻井的优势,因此SC-CO2钻井井筒内,相态预测和相态控制尤为重要。SC-CO2钻井过程中地层流体侵入和CO2钻井液滤失使井筒流动属于变质量流动,且影响井筒内温压场和CO2在井筒内的相态分布,给相态控制增加难度。在理论和实验研究基础上,建立SC-CO2钻井井筒流动控制方程组及关键辅助方程,给出SC-CO2钻井井筒温压场的计算方法,结合CO2相态随温度压力变化规律,建立SC-CO2钻井井筒内相态分布预测模型。根据不同钻井工况和钻井参数对CO2相态的影响规律,结合控压钻井理论,得到SC-CO2钻井井下相态控制方法。最终给出SC-CO2钻井井筒变质量流动相态控制理论与方法,为SC-CO2钻井工程设计提供技术支撑。

英文摘要: The SC-CO2 drilling is a new technology to develop the unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs , which has far-reaching significance to the development of the engineering technology of oil and gas wells and the unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs. For SC-CO2 drilling technology, only when CO2 is in the supercritical state in wellbore, can the SC-CO2 drilling technologies give play to its advantages. Therefore, the phase state forecast and control in SC-CO2 drilling wellbore is particularly important. Invasion of formation fluid and filtration of SC-CO2 make the SC-CO2 drilling wellbore flow become a variable mass flow, and affect the distribution of temperature and pressure and SC-CO2 phase state in wellbore, which increase the difficulty of phase state control. On the basis of theoretical and experimental research, the SC-CO2 drilling wellbore flow control equations and key auxiliary equations is established. The calculation method of SC-CO2 drilling wellbore temperature field and pressure field is given. Combined with CO2 phase behavior with variation of temperature and pressure, SC-CO2 drilling wellbore phase distribution prediction model will be proposed.
