中文摘要: 本项目提出研究面向典型航空结构的多主体协作分布式光纤智能集成监测系统,以提升光纤结构健康监测系统辨识精度和自诊断/自修复能力为目标,研究复杂机械结构在典型承载情况下基于多主体协作机制的分布式光纤智能集成监测系统,以期解决大尺寸、复杂结构形式和承载下的光纤智能结构监测系统所面临的关键科学问题。 本项目研究光纤传感器优化配置及其网络拓扑结构布局,构建由光纤传感主体、信号处理主体、光纤感知性能自诊断/自修复主体、智能评估主体及系统协调主体组成的分布式光纤智能集成监测系统。通过各主体间的协作协调机制,实现对结构健康状态集成监测,以及系统中光纤传感器自身健康状态检测、局部失效网络的自诊断/自修复。 研究成果有助于促进光纤结构健康监测技术在诸如大型客机、无人机及空间站等大型航空航天器结构中的应用,而且也能为日趋智能化的重型机械、运载工具研制所涉及的复杂机械结构多物理场耦合集成监测提供理论和实践储备。

英文摘要: For improving the predicting accuracy and self-diagnosis/self-repairing ability of the optical fiber structural health monitoring system, a distributed optical fiber intelligent integrated monitoring system based on multi-agent cooperative mechanism for typical aerospace structure is proposed in this project, and some typical loading cases are considered for the complex mechnical structure to verify the performance of the intelligent monitoring system. The key scientific problems which the optical fiber intelligent structural health monitoring system is confronted with,such as large size, complex structure and loading types are expected to be solved. The optimal placement and topology of the optical fiber sensor network are researched in the project. A distributed optical fiber intelligent integrated monitoring system which is composed of optical fiber sensing agents, signal processing agents, intelligent assessment agents, optical fiber sensor performance self-diagnosis/self-repairing agents and system cooperative agents is constructed. Depending on the cooperation and coordination mechanisms between each agent, the health status of the integrated structure is monitored, the optical fiber sensor in the sensor agents is detected, and the self-diagnosis/self-repairing ability of the local disabled network is also
