中文摘要： 根据国内外关于战略联盟内组织间跨边界知识共享的研究发展情况，我们针对战略联盟内组织间跨边界知识共享的基础理论问题、战略联盟内组织间跨边界知识共享模型、战略联盟内组织间跨边界知识共享个案调查和实证分析等三方面工作同时展开，交叉进行。基于该基金项目的研究内容，与爱尔兰University College Dublin、英国London School of Economics及Brunel University、美国Virginia Tech等进行国际合作研究，对中外战略联盟内联盟成员之间的跨文化信任、IT服务外包中形成的战略联盟内的发包方与接包方之间的跨边界知识共享、网上知识社区的知识共享、影响外包成功的各种因素、情境因素对知识共享和外包绩效的影响、接包方视角的知识共享进行了重点研究。根据走向国际化的需要，在项目实施中突出了国际合作研究与学术交流，先后三次在西安软件园、北京中关村软件园和上海浦东软件园从事IT服务外包的相关企业进行访谈、大范围的问卷调查和后续跟踪调查，以及进行实证分析，并从实践中发现问题，指导进一步的理论研究。

英文摘要： Based on the previous research home and abroad on the cross-border knowledge sharing among organizations within strategic alliances, we mainly studied its theoretical basis、theoretical model、individual cases studies and empirical analysis simultaneously. According to fund contents, we collaborated with researchers of University College Dublin、London School of Economics、Brunel University and Virginia Tech of America. We focused on the coss-cultural trust among organizations within strategic alliances、the cross-border knowledge sharing in IT Outsourcing between suppliers and clients、the knowledge sharing of knowledge community online、the influencing factors of the IT Outsourcing success、the influence of contextual factors on knowledge sharing and outsourcing performance、the knowledge sharing from suppliers` perspectives. With the necessities of internationalization, we strengthen International collaborative research and academic communication, We designed a questionnaire and conducted many surveys of employees who are involved in IT outsourcing projects in firms that are engaged in the business of offshore IT services outsourcing in Beijing Zhongguancui Software Park，Xian Software Park，and Shanghai Pudong Software Park．Then we made statistical analysis of the data collected in answered questionnaires and derived empirical results，on the basis of which we provided some strategies on cross － cultural knowledge sharing in offshore IT services outsourcing to support our theoretical studies．
