中文摘要: 多铁性磁电复合材料由于其在多功能器件有着巨大的应用前景,而引起了广泛的研究兴趣。本项目主要针对基于硫属化铕(EuX)的铁性材料,设计"三价铕化合物原位还原热解法"或"二价铕化合物热解法",制备硫属化铕(或稀土离子掺杂)纳米结构材料,详细研究纳米结构和稀土离子掺杂对硫属化铕铁磁性质、磁光性质和发光性质的影响;将EuO或EuS(或稀土离子掺杂)纳米结构材料与铁电材料复合制备0-3颗粒型磁电复合材料和2-2叠层型多铁性磁电复合材料,研究EuO或EuS (或稀土离子掺杂)铁磁绝缘体与铁电材料(BaTiO3或Pb(Zr,Ti)O3)的多铁性磁电耦合效应,发展出新型多铁性磁电复合材料,为进一步发展多功能器件打好基础。

英文摘要: Multiferroic magnetoelectric composites have attracted a great research interest due to their great potential applications in multifunctional devices. This project deals with ferric materials based on Europium chalcogenides. Europium chalcogenide nanostructure materials will be synthesized via the designed "Eu(III) compound in situ reduced thermal decomposition method" or "Eu(II) compound thermal decomposition method". The effects of the nanostructures and rare earth ion dopings on the ferromagnetic, magneto-optic and luminescent properties of the materials will be investigated in detailed. Multiferroic magnetoelectric composites will be prepared via combining the EuO or EuS (or rare earth ion doping) nanostructure materials with ferroelectric materials to form 0-3 type particular composites or 2-2 type laminate composites. Investigate the multiferroic magnetoelctric effects between ferromagnetic insultor EuO or EuS (or rare earth ion doping) and ferroelectric materials (BaTiO3 or Pb(Zr,Ti)O3). Develops the novel multiferroic magnetoelectric composites and builts a solid fundation for the further development of the multifunctional devices.
