中文摘要: 葡萄黑痘病是一种全球性的病害,长期使用农药防治会使病原菌产生耐药性,同时会影响果实品质。培育抗病新品种,利用植物本身的抗病性预防黑痘病是目前最为经济有效的措施之一。国内外专家对于葡萄抗黑痘病的机理已经有了不少的研究,但尚未有关于广西毛葡萄野生株系在此方面的系统研究。我们近年来通过资源调查新发现的部分广西毛葡萄野生株系对于黑痘病几乎是免疫的,但对其抗病机理的研究至今没有进行过系统研究。我们推测,新发现的抗黑痘毛葡萄野生株系中可能存在新的黑痘病抗性基因。为证明这一推测,本课题拟通过对现有抗黑痘病的广西野生毛葡萄种质资源进行分子标记鉴定及抗性基因筛选和功能分析,揭示毛葡萄野生株系对黑痘病的抗病机理,从中挖掘新的黑痘病抗性基因。本研究的开展,将进一步揭示葡萄植株黑痘病抗性的形成机理,为葡萄种质资源创新应用和抗黑痘病品种的选育提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Anthracnose (Sphaceloma ampelinum de Bary) is global disease. It would induce the resistance of pathogens and affect the grape quality with the long-term use of pesticide. To date, breeding new anthracnose-resistance varieties is one of the most cost-effective measures to prevent anthracnose by take advantage of plant itself resistance. A vast amount of research is conducted about grape resistant-Anthracnose-mechanism by domestic and foreign experts,but still not comprehensivly about the wild strains of Guangxi vitis. In recent years, some of the Guangxi vitis wild strains have been investigated, and some of them were founded totally immune to the anthracnose, but the resistance-mechanism of them still remained non-systematically researched, which we speculate that new anthracnose -resistance genes may exist in. To prove this hypothesis, germplasm resources of anthracnose-resistant wild vitis in Guangxi will be conducted by RAPD-cDNA. The resistance genes will be screened and their function will be analysised to reveal the resistance mechanism of vitis wild strains to anthracnose, in order to find some new anthracnose-resistance genes. This research might contribute to the formation of resistant-mechanism of anthracnose and then provide a basic theory for innovative applications of grape germplasm resources and resistance to anthracnose cultivar selection
