中文摘要: 各种移动设备在进入市场的同时给用户界面的开发者带来新的挑战:如何在保持易于使用的前提下满足不同设备的物理限制。今天界面工具研究旨在提供建模方法和支持工具,使得界面可在抽象层次上描述一次,便可到处运行。然而,如何对满足界面的可用性需求提供有效支持仍是一个开放问题。本项目拟针对移动设备的环境,创造性地将感知控制理论(PCT)应用于交互建模和过程框架,旨在探索增强可用性的建模方法、技术和工具。其主要特征在于几个方面:理论上,研究如何采用PCT任务分析的观点来概念化使用环境(用户、任务和设备)的特征,在此基础上探索一种面向用户的交互模型;方法上,研究如何提出一个多代理信息架构,以基于数据的方式表示用户、服务和环境之间的交互结构;技术上,研究如何通过多代理信息架构,将面向用户的交互模型映射为面向实现的界面模型。本项研究的开展对提供高质量的用户界面、减少开发努力具有重要的科学研究意义和广泛的应用前景。

英文摘要: Nowadays,as a diversity of mobile devices has been entering the customer market,user interface developers are facing a new challenge, that is, how to satisfy the technical limitation of the devices under the premise of achieving the "the ease of use" for users in the process of development. To address this challenge, part of research effort on user interface software has focused on how to make user interfaces "writing once, and running anywhere" on an abstract level, by providing available modeling methods and supporting tools. However, the question addressing how to meet the usability requirements of user interfaces remains open. This project is a pilot research conceived with the overall objective to overcome the obstacle encountered in the realization of user interfaces under the context of mobile devices. The purpose of the project can be considered as two folds: to explore an innovative approach to interaction modeling with the consideration of usability based on perceptual control theory on the one hand; to propose a process framework with the supporting tools necessary on the other hand, in order to provide a seamless realization for modeling and implementing a usable user interface.
