中文摘要: 秸秆液化利用不仅有利于缓解我国能源、环境压力,而且能为当前高度关注的"三农"问题提供新的解决途径。在前期研究的基础上,本研究分别以模型化合物纤维素、半纤维素和木质素以及秸秆为研究对象,从动态角度由宏观唯象到微观分子水平探索微波加热催化木质纤维质成分液化机理,通过对复杂产物系统的分离与鉴定,解析秸秆三大主要组分纤维素、半纤维素、木质素在微波加热条件下的降解途径,利用宏观动力学揭示微波液化秸秆的催化机理,并对液化产物进行解析和表征,旨在提取影响液化产物应用的关键特征参数,为液化产物应用提供理论支持。研究工作对于系统掌握秸秆微波液化的机理具有重要科学意义,对于促进秸秆高效利用具有实际应用价值。

英文摘要: The polyhydric liquefaction of crop residues will develop a new approach to resolve the energy crisis, environmental pressure and three problems in rural areas. Our study aims on the application of microwave technology in the polyhydric liquefaction of crop residues to shorten the liquefaction time and improve the yield.According to our previous study, microwave assisted polyhydric liquefaction could shorten the liquefaction time and increase the yield as compared to the tradictional liquefaction. In this project, the model compounds(cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin) and crop residues were used as the material to study. To explore the microwave acceleration mechanism of polyhydric sovolysis, we will investigate the macroscopic phenomenological rules and micro reaction kinetics. According to the separation and characterization of the liuqefied products, the liquefaction pathway for cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin under microwave heating will be revealed.The reaction kinetics will also be studied to discover the catalysis mechanism of microwave.The performance of the liquefied products is important for the utilization of liquefaction technology according to the parameter extraction of the products.The project will be benefitial for the high value utilization of crop residues.
