中文摘要: 智能电网(SG)的发展将进一步促进需求响应(DR)项目的实施。在智能电网建设过程中,准确评估智能电网技术支持下的需求响应效益,有助于SG的建设和DR项目的有序开展。本项目针对智能电网环境下需求响应效益评估问题开展研究,将提出智能电网技术支持下用户与电网互动响应特性的量化分析方法,以揭示各类用户需求响应新规律;分析智能电网中各主体之间的互动模式和协调特征,建立相应的多智能体系统仿真模型,研究不同发展阶段的智能电网技术应用场景下需求响应对各方效益的影响,从系统的可靠性、经济性、节能性多个角度,构建基于价值理论的智能电网与需求响应协作效益的评价指标体系,为智能电网规划与需求响应项目的实施提供必要的技术支持。

英文摘要: The development of smart grid(SG) improves the implement of the demand response(DR) program. In the construction of the SG the evaluation of the DR benefit supporting by the SG technology promotes the development of SG and the DR program. In this project to solve the DR benefit evaluation problem, the quantified analyzing method for the interactive response characteristics between the customer and the grid is presented to give the laws of customer demand response. The interact mode and cooperating characteristics among the agents in the SG are analyzed and the relative multi-agent system simulation model is established to study the DR's influence on each agent in SG applied technology scenario of different development periods. The SG and DR cooperation benefit evaluation index system based on value theory will be established from the reliability, economic and the energy saving. Thus this project will take necessary technology support to the SG program and DR program.
