中文摘要: 本项目以多绳摩擦提升系统中防滑与静张力比的关系为研究对象,采用相对参数的计算法则对系统的部件质量进行研究。从实际参数的分析与计算关系中,推导出相对参数的分析与计算方法,选择合理的基准值,使相对参数的计算法则与实际参数相同,考虑防滑安全,引入防滑安全的静张力比参量,使之成为设备组成的唯一变量,完善系统设备配置,将原有部件质量与紧急制动、防滑计算的关系,直接转化为单一变量静张力比的关系,从而简化计算,方便快捷。本项目将对探索防滑安全条件在多绳摩擦提升系统中的应用,对拓展静张力比特性的研究、设备配置的优化设计、节能以及紧急制动防滑判据的确定,具有重要学术意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: The object of study in this project is the relationship of non-slip and static tension ratio in multi rope friction hoist system.It uses the relative parameters calculation method to study the component quality.From the actual parameter calculation and analysis of relation, we can deduce relative parameters analysis and calculation methods, choose the reasonable reference value,so that the relative parameters of the algorithm and actual parameters are unified. It must consider non-slip safety,the static tension ratio parameter is introduced.It becomes the only variable of equipment compopents,furthermore,provide a basis for the design on device configuration.It changes directly the relationship of original parts quality,emergency braking and non-slip calculatio into the static tension ratio relationship of a single variable, so as to simplify the calculation.The project will bring important academic significance and application value for exploring the safety conditions applied to multi rope friction lifting system and expanding the optimization design to static tension ratio characteristic research,equipment configuration,energy saving and emergency braking non-slip criterion.
