中文摘要: 基于交换偏置效应可以实现电控磁或磁控电的调控,是研究各种物理有序系统(铁磁序、铁电序等)之间相互作用机制和实现稳定多态存储的关键。为从机理上揭示多铁性材料中磁电效应及其与铁磁/反铁磁界面磁交换耦合的关联,进一步明确电场对交换偏置调控的机制,本项目将采用脉冲激光沉积技术制备多铁性/铁磁薄膜系统,通过对薄膜的磁畴结构、矫顽力、交换偏置和磁电耦合的研究,达到以下目标:(1)通过掺杂和控制膜厚,明确多铁层组分和厚度对交换偏置和磁电耦合的影响。(2)通过研究施加电场前后薄膜交换偏置的变化,力图阐明多铁性薄膜的逆磁电效应机制,建立电场调控多铁/铁磁薄膜交换偏置的方法。(3)研究铁磁/多铁/铁磁多层膜的磁性,了解层间磁交换作用、界面交换耦合与磁电耦合之间的关联,从而探究电场对交换偏置调控的机理。通过这些研究,加深对多铁性材料磁电效应机制和交换偏置内在机理的认识,为新型电子自旋器件和磁电器件设计提供指导。

英文摘要: Either electric control of magnetization or magnetic control of electricity through exchange bias is the key to probed the mechanism of interaction between physical ordered systems and obtain stable information storage. In order to reveal the origin of the magnetoelectric coupling in multiferroic material, as well as correlation between the interfacial exchange coupling and magnetoelectric coupling, so that investigate the mechanism of the electric-field control of exchange bias, we fabrite multiferroic/ferromagnetic films by pulsed laser deposition, through investigating the magnetic domain structure, coercivity, exchange bias and magnetoelectric coupling, carry out the following goal: (1) explore the film thickness and component effect on the exchange bias and magnetoelectric coupling. (2) obtain the method of electric control of exchang bias of multiferroic/ferromagnetic films, clarify the mechanism of inverse magnetoelectric coupling through comparing the exchange bias effects with electric field and no electric field. (3)investigate the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic/ multiferroic/ferromagnetic films, so that understand the relation between interlayers magnetic exchange coupling, interfacial exchange coupling and magnetoelectric coupling.
