中文摘要: CH4-CO2重整是一种重要的CO2利用途径,当前限制该过程实现大规模工业化利用的最大瓶颈是催化剂表面严重的积碳失活问题。本课题跳出现有工作主要进行催化剂结构和性能改性的思维定势,由对积碳物种的系统研究入手,从崭新的角度认识Ni基催化剂上的CH4-CO2重整反应过程和催化剂失活机理。突破当前将所有积碳物种作为一个整体研究对象的局限性,通过反应后催化剂的化学处理方法,实现不同积碳物种的"梯级消除",进而将各类积碳作为单独的研究对象考察其性质及其对催化剂结构和性能的影响。将积碳性质与催化剂结构和反应条件紧密结合,考察不同的化学环境和反应条件下各类积碳的动态行为,探索Ni基催化剂上抑制惰性积碳生成所需的关键因素,从过程积碳的角度完善和发展现有的催化剂设计概念。本课题对于深化积碳过程的微观认识,开发新型的Ni基CH4-CO2重整反应催化剂,推进过程的进一步扩试具有重要意义。

英文摘要: CH4-CO2 reforming is an important pathway for CO2 utilization, catalysts deactivation via severe carbon deposition is the most significant hindrance for its industrial implementation. The present project, which escape from the general idea of modification of catalysts structure and performance in most researches, will focus on the systematic studies on carbon species and from a brand new viewpoint, disclose the precise procedure of CH4-CO2 reforming over Ni-based catalysts as well as the mechanism of catalysts deactivation. Meanwhile, the limitation in current researches that consider all the carbon species together will be breakout, by a designed chemical treating of the spent catalysts in this project, different carbon species will be eliminated one by one from the catalysts surface, and their properties and influences on the catalysts structure and performance will be investigated individually. All the properties of different carbon species will be related to catalyst structure natures and reaction conditions to study the carbon deposition behavior under a variety of chemical micro-environments and reaction conditions, key factors to inhibit inactive carbon formation will be recognized, and based on which, optimized definition for catalysts design will be forwarded.
