中文摘要： 在旅游大发展和文化大繁荣的时代背景下，加强文化与旅游深度融合和文化旅游地演化研究，既是普遍的现实需求，更是体现旅游本质属性的重要科学问题。本项目选择江苏多个典型文化旅游案例地，以文化与旅游的耦合关系和融合度研究为切入点，以两者深度融合机理研究为着力点，以文化旅游地演化模型研究为落脚点，综合运用旅游地理学、文化地理学、演化经济学、系统动力学等相关理论，确立要素、过程、机理与模型"四位一体"的系统分析框架。借助GIS技术和要素结构与耦合分析、景区波动与机理测度模型、旅游地演化模型等多种数学建模方法，突破传统的文化旅游研究技术与方法的局限，深入探讨文化与旅游融合的要素、过程、机理和路径，揭示文化旅游地的演化过程、演化特征和成长模式，从而深化对文化与旅游融合发展及旅游地演化规律的认识，丰富旅游地理与文化地理的理论内涵和方法体系，并对推动文化与旅游业发展和文化旅游地建设具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。

英文摘要： In the background of large-scale tourism development and culture prosperity, to strengthen the study on the in-depth cultural and tourism integration and the evolution of cultural tourism destination is not only the universal realistic demand but also an important scientific problem that reveals the essential tourism attribute. With the starting points of the coupling relationship between culture and tourism and the integration degree study, and by taking in-depth integration mechanism as the focal point and the evolutionary model of cultural tourism destination as the foothold, the project selects multiple typical cultural tourism destinations in Jiangsu Province as the study cases to establish a systematic analysis framework which integrates elements, process, mechanism and model by comprehensively using the relevant theories of tourism geography, cultural geography, evolutionary economics, system dynamics, etc. By virtue of applying a variety of mathematical modeling methods, such as GIS techniques with element structure and coupling analysis, scenic fluctuation and mechanism measurement model, tourist destination evolutionary model, the project breakthroughs the limitation of traditional research techniques and methods of cultural tourism, intensively discusses elements, process, mechanism and path of cultur
