中文摘要: 船舶碰撞事故是水上交通中发生最为频繁、损失影响面最大的事故类型之一。本项目针对在船舶密集的复杂水域碰撞事故多发的问题,将CCTV视频信息与AIS、GIS、VTS、和卫星定位系统等多维信息融合;采用稀疏三维变换域协同滤波和维纳滤波方法实现视频图像去雾;运用压缩感知算法和分布式摄像机自适应技术实现船舶航迹跟踪与预测;利用集群算法实现航道船舶三维重构;利用有限玻尔兹曼机和深度玻尔兹曼机实现船型识别,进而构建船舶三维动态领域模型;以电子巡航平台为主体,采用多核相关向量机构建危险态势评估模型,实现船舶碰撞危险态势智能识别与预警。本项目充分利用航道现有资源,引入开放式识别模型设计,使船舶碰撞危险态势因素集能够根据不同水域环境进行调整和补充。项目研究成果在学术上可促进信息学科、人工智能学科和交通运输工程学科的交叉融合,在应用上可实现船舶碰撞危险智能预警,提高船舶航运安全,为未来智能航道发展提供新思路。

英文摘要: Ship collision is one kind of the most damaging aquatic traffic accidents with the greatest occurrence. This project aims to solve the problem of frequent accidents in the complicated waters by fusing AIS, GIS, VTS, CCTV and satellite positioning system. The sparse 3D collaborative filtering and wiener filtering are adopted to defog the video images. By applying the theory of the compression sensor and the adaptive technology of the distributed cameras, real-time tracking and prediction are realized. The clustering algorithm is used to reconstruct the 3D model of the ship.Besides, Restricted Boltzmann machine and deep learning are used to identify the shape of ships and reconstruct its dynamic domain model. This project gives priority to body with electronic cruise platform, and multi-kernel relevance vector machine is utilized to build evaluation model for dangerous situation, which realizes the intelligent identification and early warning of ship collision. The project makes full use of the existing equipments and resources to save the construction cost. At the same time, it adopts the design of the open identification model, so that the factors of dangerous situation can be varied according to different waters to improve the reliability of the system. The achievements of this project can lead to the integration of information science, artificial intelligence, and transportation engineering disciplines in academic fields. In application fields, they can be used to intelligently alert potential vessel collision, and improve shipping safety. All of these provides new ideas for smart waterway development in the coming furture.
