中文摘要: 提出了一种用于电流型PWM整流器直流侧的滤波器的设计方法。该滤波器的衰减特性是:在通带具有不等波纹,以抑制次数靠近直流的2次,4次等谐波,在无限大频率具有衰减极点,能够有效滤除整流器输出电流的高频谐波分量并具有快速的响应能力。本文首先根据表征CSR直流侧时变频谱特性的线性数学模型,推导出初步的匹配型通带具有不等幅衰减波纹的全极点滤波器传输函数公式;然后通过扰动法确定滤波器元件中对谐波电流敏感的并臂以确定阻尼电阻的位置;最后通过拉普拉斯变换和构建合适的目标函数,用预畸变法求解阻尼电阻阻值和元件参数修正值,使滤波器具有良好的滤波效果和动态响应能力。本项目希望能提出一种适用于CSR直流侧滤波器的设计方法,不但能够减小CSR直流侧电感取值,提高能量转换效率,而且可以降低PWM整流器因直流侧非特征次谐波的存在而对交流侧产生的影响,因而为拓宽CSR的应用范围有所贡献。

英文摘要: A design method for DC filter is presented applied in current source PWM rectifier(CSR). The attenuation characteristics of the filter are: there are ranging ripple in the passband to suppress the 2rd harmonic and 4th harmonic which are near the DC component. It has attenuation pole at infinite frequency, so it can effectively filter out high frequency components with fast response speed. Firstly, according to the time-varying spectral characteristics of linear mathematical model for DC side characterization of CSR, Preliminary derive the transfer function formula of all-pole filter which has amplitude attenuation ripple in matching passband ranging; the perturbation method is used to determine the location of damping resistor by finding the branch which is sensitive to harmonic currents; finally, pre-distortion method is used to get the correction value of damping resistance and component parameters of the filter which has good filtering effect and dynamic responsiveness. This project want to put forward a filter design method for CSR DC side, which can reduce the value of CSR DC side inductance, improve the efficiency of energy conversion, and can reduce the impact to the AC side caused by non-characteristic harmonic of CSR DC side, by this way to broaden the scope of CSR application.
