英文摘要: In this project, the symbiotic nitrogen fixation both legume- rhizobia and actinorhizal plants- Frankiae naturally occurring in plumbum-zinc tailings fields of Lanping and Huize will be studied. The floristic composition and growth state of legume and actinorhizal plants will be investigated and understood. The rhizobia and Frankiae are collected by isolation and purification, and the nitrogen fixation plants are grown in the pots. The interaction mechanism between host plants, symbiotic bacteria and symbiotic system and ecological factors of tailings fields will be revealed. The achievement of the project provides the scientific theory for soil improvement and ecological restoration by practicing rhizobia, Frankiae and their symbiotic system in tailings fields.
