中文摘要： 随着低碳经济深入发展，区域发展目标向经济、环境、生态、民生等多目标协调发展转变，影响因子由资源、劳动力、资金等向区域生态环境质量、创新系统、经济政策、民生质量等转变，区域经济活动的空间关系、空间过程呈现许多新特点。本项目拟根据区域发展的新趋势，借助问卷和田野调查、文献系统分析、ArcGIS分析等方法，在系统评判传统区域发展理论的利弊基础上，以临港新城低碳城市、虹桥低碳商务区、崇明低碳实践区三类典型区域为案例，分析低碳经济条件下工业主导的快速发展中新兴地区、现代服务业主导的高度发达地区，及传统农业主导的农村地区经济活动的影响因子、作用机理、空间形态、路径方式等，构建定量分析指标体系，探索体现当前发展中国家特色，大都市特点的区域发展新模式的理论基础，以及基于不同发展基础、发展阶段、发展目标的不同类型功能区低碳经济发展模式、路径，为我国区域发展理论、研究方法创新和区域发展服务。

英文摘要： The project intends to research the regional development model on low-carbon economy in different regions from the perspectives of the latest regional economy development situations of the spatial relationship and spatial process under the conditions of low-carbon economy.The objectives of region development mainly turns from economy growth to the integrated multi-objective of regional economy, environment, ecology, and livelihood, and the impact factors of region development changes to the elements of regional eco-environmental, regional innovation systems, regional economy policy, and local residents' life,instead of the traditional elements that are resources, labor, capital and others under the conditions of low-carbon economy. Furthermore, the regional relations turn from the vertical relations which are basing on the division of labor in industry chain to the horizontal relationship basing on the innovation cooperation.Basis on judging the pros and cons of the traditional regional development theories, this project takes cases study of three typical regions, which are the Lingang low-carbon city, the Hongqiao low-carbon business district, and the Chongming low-carbon practice area, to explore the impact factors, the internal mechanism, the spatial form, and the development paths about the economic activiti
