中文摘要: 本项目研究适合于超宽带超导滤波器的电路结构、仿真设计方法和制备技术。采用1/4波长短截线和优化的1/4波长短截线结构实现VHF和P波段低频段超宽带滤波器,提出了结构紧凑的电路的准确设计方法,提出了在2块超导薄膜上制作滤波器的方法,突破了超导薄膜的尺寸限制;采用1/4波长平行耦合微带线和矩形电容结构实现X波段具有强耦合特性的超宽带滤波器;采用多模谐振器实现3.1-10.6GHz超宽带滤波器,并采用嵌入式开路短截线结构在通带内引入传输零点,以抑制其它通信系统的干扰。基于以上研究设计并制作成功了VHF(相对带宽达70%)和P波段(带宽达87%)等低频段和X波段/FCC规定频段等高频段高性能的超宽带超导滤波器,其中VHF频段滤波器是在公开文献的首次报道。由VHF/P波段超宽带超导滤波器作为核心器件研制成功了超导滤波器系统样机,于2011年年底完成了用户试用和检验,为解决某超宽带无线通信系统的带外干扰问题提供了性能优异的解决方案。项目研究结果对提高专用通信系统的性能和实现超宽带超导滤波器的应用打下了很好的基础。项目执行期间共发表学术论文18篇,其中SCI收录10篇,培养博士生5名,硕士生5名。

英文摘要: The circuit structure, design method, and fabrication techniques for ultra-wideband (UWB) high-temperature superconducting (HTS) filters are studied. (Optimum) Quarter-wavelength short-circuited stubs are used to design UWB HTS filters at VHF-band and P-band. Accurate design method for these filters with compact structure is proposed. Each filter is fabricated on two separate HTS wafers, eliminating the restriction of HTS wafer size on filter order and performance. Quarter-wavelength parallel coupling microstrip lines and rectangle coupling capacitances are used to meet the strong coupling requirement of UWB filter at X-band. Multiple-mode resonators and open-circuited stubs embedded in resonators are used to realize UWB filter with passband from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz and eliminate the in-band interference. With these methods, UWB HTS filters at VHF-/P-/X-bands and FCC approved frequency band with high performance are successfully designed and fabricated. The UWB HTS filters at VHF- and P-bands have been put in use. This research is of great importance to improve the performance of UWB wireless communication systems. Under the fund of this grant, we have published 18 papers, among which 10 papers are cited by SCI. Five PhD students and five graduate students working for this project obtained degrees.
