中文摘要: 近年来,低功耗成为无线通信系统发展的重要趋势之一,而低功耗射频是实现低功耗无线通信系统的关键所在。正是在这样的应用背景下,低功耗射频收发技术被人们提出并逐渐成为业界的研究热点。本课题提出了一种在IQ支路相同功能模块之间复用偏置电流的射频收发机结构,实现了收发链路中多个模块的电流复用,可显著降低系统功耗;创新性地提出了适用于低噪声放大器和混频器的增益提升技术,同时结合改进的滤波器设计方法来降低各功能模块的功耗,从而进一步降低射频收发系统的功耗。本课题将根据以上研究内容建立低功耗射频收发系统的设计理论和方法;运用提出的相关技术和设计方法指导射频收发系统和各电路模块的低功耗设计并进行流片验证;根据验证结果进一步完善低功耗射频收发系统的设计理论和方法。

英文摘要: Recently,low power consumption is increasingly becomeing one of the big trends in wireless communication system. As the key to reducing power dissipation, low power radio frequency transceiver technology has come up and drawn significant research. In this project, a new RF transceiver architecture which is based on the current reuse technique between the same modules in IQ-branch is proposed. System power consumption is significantly reduced by stacking multiple circuits in a single bias stack thus reusing bias current. Moreover,Gain-enhancing technique for LNA and Mixer design and the optimized design method for filter are put forward to further lower the power consumptionin in this project. Based on the above research content, the design theories and methods of RF system will be advanced. The proposed techniques and methods can be used to guide the design of the RF circuits and the whole transceiver, and the testing results of the tape-out will help perfect the theories and methods.
