中文摘要: 随着我国电网规模的日益扩大和信息化智能电网的全面推进,电网的信息化程度越来越高,电网的生产运行越来越依赖大量综合业务信息的支持,如电话电视会议信息、电网生产调度信息、远程监控信息等,广域海量信息的产生给电力通信网的数据传输和存储造成了很大的负担,甚至影响到电力系统的安全控制和稳定运行。本课题将研究和提出海量电物理量数据的轻型传输机理与方法,利用模式识别、特征提取、CELP模型等相关理论来研究电物理数据的最小特征信息提取与信号分类辨识方法、多通信协议环境下的轻型数据生成模型以及轻型协议数据的特征解析与数据复原方法,从而实现广域海量电物理量数据的轻型化传输,有望解决未来工农业信息化网络、智能电网和物联网海量信息传输需求与通信实时性、可靠性之间的矛盾,为构建实时、高效、双向、集成的基础信息通信平台提供一种新的研究思路和理论依据。

英文摘要: As the expanding of China's power grid and the promoting of informatization smart grid, the operation of power grid is more and more depended on the massive integrated business information, such as telephone & video conference, power grid production scheduling, remote monitoring information, etc, the massive information has brought great burden to the data transmission and storage of electric power communication network, and even affected the safe control and stable operation of power system. This probject will study the mechanism and propose the method of light transmission of massive electric physical data, focus on the reasearch of the smallest feature information extraction and classification identification methods of physical signal, light data model under the environment of multi-communication protocols, and the feature resolution and data recovery methods of light protocol data, ultilizing pattern recognition, feature extraction, CELP model and the relevant theory, so as to achieve the light transmission of wide-area massive electric physical data.
