中文摘要: 本项目拟采用环境科学和信息科学学科交叉的研究方式,针对现有城市空气质量监测方法的监测粒度粗、实时性低等不足,研究基于社会化网络媒体数据的城市空气质量监测方法与模型。项目研究将以社会化网络媒体数据作为城市空气质量监测的补充数据来源,重点研究三方面内容:针对来自于微博、论坛等社会化网络媒体的数据,研究其包含的城市空气污染信息的识别与重构方法;设计针对网络媒体数据的城市空气污染重要监测指标体系,并研究城市空气污染事件的融合理解模型;在前两项研究基础上,研究网络媒体数据中城市空气污染事件与实际的城市空气质量的关联模型,实现从污染事件到空气质量的映射,结合城市区域环境背景数据,研究基于网络媒体数据的城市空气质量评估模型。基于理论研究成果,设计开发基于社会化网络媒体数据的城市空气质量监测系统,对理论成果进行验证与应用,从而为城市空气质量的影响研究与污染治理提供更加智能化的基础理论与关键技术支持。

英文摘要: This project tends to adopt environmental science and information science interdisciplinary research methods. For the limitations of existing methods on urban air quality monitoring, our research focuses on the methods and models for urban air quality monitoring based on social networking media data. The social networking media data would be used as supplementary data source of urban air quality monitoring, and the research works include: Capture the social networking media data from microblogging sites and forum sites, and study the identification and reconstruction methods for urban air pollution information from the data; design the indicator system for monitoring urban air pollution from social networking media data, and study the infusion model for urban air pollution events; based on the research results above, analyze and propose the correlation model of urban air pollution events and urban air quality, and achieve the mapping from pollution events to air quality, in conjunction with urban regional environmental background data, study urban air quality evaluation model based on social networking media data. Based on theoretical achievements, we plan to design and develop the urban air quality monitoring system based on social network media data, and validate the efficiency of the theory. The achievements would be useful to provide a more intelligent theory and key technical support for urban air quality impact studies and pollution control.
