中文摘要: 水肥耦合是利用水肥协同效应,提高作物生产力和水肥利用效率的有效措施。蓝莓由于特殊的保健价值和很好的开发前景正在我国大面积推广,但国内对蓝莓水肥耦合的研究还处于空白状态。本项目通过大田栽培对比试验,首次系统地对不同水、肥及其耦合条件下蓝莓的根系、内生真菌、光合生理、酶的活性、生长发育、果实产量和品质以及土壤环境的影响特征和变化规律进行研究。主要研究内容包括:(1)水肥耦合对蓝莓根系及菌根侵染的影响(2)水肥耦合对蓝莓生理及光合特性的影响(3)水肥耦合对蓝莓生长发育及产量的影响(4)水肥耦合对蓝莓果实品质的影响(5)水肥耦合对土壤环境的影响。通过上述内容的研究,探索土壤养分在不同水分、肥料及其耦合状态下的有效性、蓝莓对水肥的利用效率以及适应特征,揭示水肥耦合对蓝莓的影响机制,明确水肥耦合对蓝莓的影响效应,掌握蓝莓对水肥的需求范围,提出蓝莓栽培最佳的水肥耦合模式。

英文摘要: Coupling of water with fertilizer was the effective use of water and fertilizer synergistic effect, improving crop productivity and fertilizer use efficiency measures. The blueberry has special health value and good prospects for development are of large area, but domestic water and fertilizer coupling on blueberry in a blank state. This project through field cultivation comparative test, researching blueberry roots, endophytic fungi, photosynthetic physiology, and enzyme activity, growth, fruit yield andquality and soil environmental impact of characteristics and variation under the conditions of different water, fertilizer and their coupling in the first time. The main contents are as follows: (1)Effects of water and fertilizer coupling on blueberry roots and mycorrhizal infection. (2)Effects of water and fertilizer coupling on blueberry physiological and photosynthetic characteristics. (3)Effects of water and fertilizer coupling on growth and yield of blueberry. (4)Effects coupling of water with fertilizer on quality of blueberry fruit. (5)Effects of water and fertilizer coupling on the soil environment.
