中文摘要: 采用负载金属化合物的碳质材料吸附CO2,是实现温室气体低能耗、高选择性捕集的重要技术之一。然而,该类吸附剂CO2吸附量低,制约着其应用前景及市场竞争力。为克服该缺点,同时降低吸附剂的制备成本,本项目以前期研究中用稻壳碳质组分成功制备的多孔炭为载体,以复合金属化合物为活性组分,研究负载型高效碳质CO2吸附剂的制备原理及方法。主要研究内容为:(1)通过制备实验、吸附测试及表征实验,研究复合金属化合物构成对稻壳多孔炭CO2吸附性能的作用规律,吸附剂理化性质(孔结构、表面化学组成、负载量等)的调控机制与调控方法,以及吸附剂理化性质与CO2吸附性能的关联机制;(2)在上述制备原理的基础上,开展优化实验,探索稻壳碳质高效CO2吸附剂的最佳制备方法。本项目的成功实施,对碳质高效CO2吸附剂的研制及稻壳的高值化利用均具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The use of metallic compounds-loaded carbon materials for adsorbing CO2 is an important technology for capturing greenhouse gases with low energy and high selectivity. However, the low CO2 adsorption capacities of these materials have severely limited their application potential and market competitiveness. To overcome this defect and reduce preparation costs, in this program, research was conducted on principles and methods for preparing efficient carbon CO2 adsorbents by immobilizing composite metallic compounds onto porous carbons successfully made from rice husk carbon components in our preliminary research. The research mainly involves: (1) studying effects of composite metallic compound compositions on CO2 adsorpion performance of rice husk carbon adsorbents, mechanisms and methods for regulating physical and chemical properties (PCP) like pore structure, surface chemical composition and loading, and correlation of PCP with CO2 adsorption performance based on preparation experiments, adsorption tests and characteriaztion experiments, and (2)exploring the optimum method for preparing efficient rice husk carbon CO2 adsorbents by optimization experiments based on the aforementioned preparation principles. The successful conduction of this study is significant for production of efficient carbon CO2 adsorbent
