中文摘要: 硅芯光纤在宽带中红外传输和传感、拉曼光纤器件、太赫兹光波导等方面具有巨大的应用潜力。不同于普通石英光纤,硅芯光纤芯层/包层材料特性差异大,光纤拉制和后期处理过程中机理复杂,许多关键科学问题亟需解决,例如制备和退火过程中决定纤芯结晶状态和应力的物理机理。本项目以石墨炉加热拉丝和CO2激光拉丝为制备手段,管式炉加热和激光加热为退火方式,以温度场仿真、第一性原理分子动力学等方法,分析硅材料拉丝成纤及退火改性的动态特性,研究影响硅芯光纤晶体质量的关键因素。本项目将对提高硅芯光纤性能,扩大其应用领域有重要意义。

英文摘要: The silicon core optical fiber can be made of a variety of key devices such as infrared transmission and sensing, Raman devices and Terahertz waveguide, which have the potential to be used in many cutting edge research fields. Compared with silica optical fiber, the mechanisms of silicon core optical fiber drawing and annealing are more complex, there are many key scientific problems, for instance, the formation mechanisms of microstructure and stress in the fiber. In this project, the dynamic characteristics of silicon optical fiber during drawing and annealing processes will be studied by temperature field simulation and First-principles molecular dynamics. The fibers will be made by carbon resistance furnace or CO2 laser, and some samples will be annealed by tube furnace or laser. This project will improve the performance of silicon optical fiber, and expand applications of silicon optical fiber.
