中文摘要: 本项研究运用地理学、生态学、环境经济学、城市地理与生态经济学等原理,以及点(典型城市)-线(黄河及沿岸两线)-面(宁蒙地区)相结合的实地调研和遥感调查、GIS与系统动力学等技术和方法,借鉴国外典型大河沿岸城市化与环境协调发展经验,系统地研究近30年宁蒙沿黄地带城市化与主要环境要素作用过程及耦合机理,典型城市与环境时空演变过程及耦合机理,综合评估城市化的生态环境效应;模拟未来20年宁蒙沿黄地带城市经济-社会-资源-环境复杂巨系统演变趋势,揭示其动力机制,提出城市化与环境优化调控模式;加强我国主要人类活动-城市化与生态环境交互作用和调控研究的定量化,促进人地关系地域系统研究和学科交叉创新,为国家宏观经济布局、西部大开发、沿黄城市带可持续发展,以及保护黄河天然生态屏障提供科学依据。

英文摘要: This study applies the principles of geography, ecology, environmental economics, urban geography and ecological economics, and adopts field research and remote sensing survey with combination of point (typical cities), line(Yellow river and its coastal areas) and surface (Ningxia and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) and the methodes of GIS, system dynamic etc. By learning from the experience of typical urbanization coordinating with environment of foreign river's coastal areas, we shall systematically study the interaction process and coupling mechanism of urbanization and the major environmental factors in the regions along the Yellow River of Ningxia and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regions in the past 30 years, and spatio-temporal evolution and the coupling mechanism of typical cities and environment, and also Comprehensively evaluate the effects of urbanization on environment, stimulate the trends and dynamic mechanisms of the giant urban complex system consisted of economy, society, resources and environment, in the next 20 years, then propose the optimal regulation modes of coordinating urbanization and environment.
