中文摘要: 针对我国竹材防腐的现状和面临的环境压力,基于环保型CuAz防腐剂在竹材防腐中的重要性和广阔应用前景,本项目在前人研究基础上,结合上海同步辐射光源先进探测技术,深入研究CuAz防腐剂溶液浸注竹材的途径和防腐剂与竹材的化学作用机制。运用X射线相衬显微成像原位动态监测防腐剂溶液浸注竹材毛细管过程;利用显微CT(μCT)探测防腐处理竹材3D微观构造;结合微聚焦X射线荧光技术 (μ-XRF)获得Cu元素的3D分布特征;实现软X射线谱学细胞3D结构和细胞元素3D分布的检测;运用μCT和μ-XRF研究防腐处理竹材节部三维结构图和元素分布图,以探寻竹节爆破对防腐处理产生显著影响的机制;采用高精密同步辐射FTIR开展对CuAz防腐剂与竹材组分之间相互作用的定性和定量探测。本项目力图从新的角度更深入揭示CuAz防腐剂在竹材中渗透与固着机理,为CuAz防腐剂工艺的优化和竹材防腐产业可持续发展提供理论依据。

英文摘要: According to the status of China's bamboo preservation and environmental pressures, and based on the importance and broad prospects of the CuAz as one of environmentally friendly preservatives for bamboo protection, this project, on the basis of previous studies, aims to further study on the CuAz preservative solution impregnated bamboo ways and chemical action between preservatives and bamboo components by advanced detection techniques at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF). It includes dynamic monitoring preservative solution infusing bamboo capillary process by X-ray phase-contrast microscopy imaging technique; detecting microscopic 3D structure of preservative-treated bamboo; investigating the distribution characteristics of Cu combined with micro-focus X-ray fluorescence (μ-XRF) ; revealing of cell 3D structure and cell elements 3D distribution by soft X-ray spectroscopy; 3D structure and 3D elements distribution of bamboo nodes and internodes of preservative-treated bamboo for revealing significant impact of node blasting to the bamboo preservative treatment; qualitative and quantitative analyzing the interaction between CuAz and bamboo component using high precision synchrotron radiation FTIR. The project will obtain more in-depth information for the penetration and fixation mechanism of CuAz
