中文摘要: 我国已发射了2颗海洋水色卫星(HY-1A/1B),计划将发射4颗后续水色卫星(HY-1C/D, HY-1E/F),卫星遥感数据的质量和反演产品的精度是制约我国海洋卫星遥感数据推广应用的最关键因素之一。本课题依托我国海洋卫星工程,以海洋大气辐射传输理论和海洋水色遥感机理为基础,从卫星遥感辐射测量精度问题、海洋二类水体大气校正新方法、海洋水色遥感产品质量和精度问题等方面来探讨我国海洋卫星产品的质量和影响机制问题,形成在轨交叉辐射定标技术、基于紫外波段的二类水体大气校正技术、紫外海洋水色遥感技术等方面的创新点。课题成果可以为我国海洋卫星工程提供技术支撑,推动我国海洋卫星在卫星规划、技术指标、数据规范、处理方法和遥感应用等方面与国际先进水平接轨,推动我国海洋卫星在国内科研领域和海洋环境监测行业的应用,提高其对国际海洋水色遥感的影响力和贡献率。

英文摘要: China has launched two ocean color satellites (HY-1A/1B) and four more (HY-1C/D, HY-1E/F) will be launched in the near future years. The applications of ocean color products derived from the satellite data, however, are strongly limited. Main reasons of the limitations are the poor data quality of the remotely-sensed images and the low accuracy of inversion algorithms. To fill these gaps, an innovative data processing system will be developed in this proposal, and the system combines (1) the radiance calibration approaches including the on-board radiance cross-calibration technology; (2) the new atmospheric correction procedures including the one based on the ultraviolet wave bands for Case 2 waters; and (3) the new inversion algorithms to improve the accuracy of HY-1C/D products including the one based on ultraviolet remote sensing techniques. The system could become a supporting technique for the advances of the national ocean color satellites project, to improve the contributions of China satellites in the international ocean color community, and to enlarge the applications of the ocean color data in scientific studies and the marine environmental monitoring.
