中文摘要: 吊杆是中、下承式大跨径拱桥的主要承重构件,也是拱桥结构体系中对损伤最为敏感的构件,吊杆的损伤与破坏已经成为影响中、下承式大跨径拱桥服役寿命的主要因素。本课题以既有中、下承式拱桥的吊杆为研究对象,重点研究吊杆抗力衰减规律与剩余寿命预测方法。首先,利用监测数据,研究吊杆荷载效应随机性的特征与疲劳荷载效应的特征,建立吊杆车辆荷载效应及其极值的概率模型,给出非监测时段内吊杆疲劳累积损伤的预测方法。然后,分析酸雨环境下钢丝的耦合损伤演化规律与吊杆的抗力衰减规律,建立吊杆抗力衰减的时变概率模型。最后,在上述研究的基础上,基于时变可靠度理论研究既有拱桥吊杆剩余寿命的预测方法。本课题通过对酸雨环境下吊杆抗力衰减规律的研究,将形成一种既有拱桥吊杆剩余寿命的预测方法,为保障既有中、下承式拱桥的服役安全性提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Suspender is the key element of through and half-through arch bridges and it is also the element most sensitive to damage. Suspender damage and failure have already been the main factor influencing the service life of through and half-through arch bridges. This research project takes arch bridge suspender as the research object and puts the focuses on the degradation process of suspender resistance and prediction of residual service life. Firstly, the characteristics of suspender load effect randomness and fatigue load effect are studied, the modeling method for probabilistic model of traffic-load effect and its extreme value are presented, and the prediction method for suspender cumulative damage beyond monitoring period is presented too. Then, the characteristics are researched about steel wire coupling damage and suspender resistance during the long-term degradation process in acid rain environment, and the time-variant probabilistic model of suspender resistance degradation process is given. Finally, based on the research above and the theory of time-variant reliability analysis, the prediction approach of residual service life of existing arch bridge suspender is studied.
