中文摘要: 在碳减排目标和能源需求的压力下,我国的生物质发电得到了快速发展,但同时也存在着选址不合理、原料供应不足和价格高等问题,并且这些问题有加剧的趋势。 本项目以问题为导向,总结和借鉴国内外生物质能源供应链管理研究成果,用供应链网络规划及相关理论和方法,结合系统工程、运筹学等理论和方法,在碳排放目标约束下,提出我国生物质发电供应链网络的规划目标、设施选址战略、库存战略和运输战略。 根据项目研究的结论,分别从政府层面、企业层面提出我国生物质发电发展的对策建议。 通过研究,不仅可以丰富供应链管理相关研究成果,也能推动供应链管理在能源管理中的研究。

英文摘要: Under the pressure of carbon emissions targets and energy demand, China's biomass power generation has been developed rapidly, but there are some problems such as inappropriate location, short supply and high price, which they have the increasing trend. This project that it is problem-oriented summarizes and refers to the existing research results about biomass power generation supply chain management. With the related theories and methods such as supply chain network planning, system engineering, operations research, in carbon emissions target constraints, we will put forward the objectives, strategies (e.g., facility location, inventory strategy and transport strategy) for biomass power generation supply chain network planning. According to the results of the project research, we will get the countermeasures and suggestions about biomass power generation development in China, separately from the government level, the enterprise level. The study can not only enrich the research achievements related supply chain management, also promote the research in energy supply chain management.
