中文摘要: 本项目旨在探索超高分子量聚乙烯制品中存在的熔融缺陷问题,分析影响超高分子量聚乙烯制品熔融缺陷形成的各种因素,揭示熔融缺陷形成的本质和规律。通过在链流动性高的亚稳态中间相状态下加工成型超高分子量聚乙烯,探索亚稳态相变在超高分子量聚乙烯成型加工中的应用,解决制品中存在的熔融缺陷问题,分析影响超高分子量聚乙烯相稳定性的因素和触发相变的条件。利用分子动力学模拟高分子链在各种状态下的结构和运动,从分子层次探讨分子链结构与亚稳性的统计规律,确立相变与加工工艺条件的关系并建立有效的调控手段,探明熔融缺陷与制品性能之间的关系,实现制品的性能优化,解决其作为人工关节耐磨性不足的问题。该项目的研究将为超高分子量聚乙烯的成型加工及其应用打下理论基础,具有重要的理论意义和应用前景。

英文摘要: The project aims to explore the fusion defects of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) products, analyse the effects of various factors on the fusion defect formation of products and reveal their essence and law. Through processing UHMWPE in the metastable state with high chain mobility, the feasibility of using metasibility phenomenon to process UHMWPE is explored in order to reduce fusion defects in the products of UHMWPE.The influencing factors of the phase stability of UHMWPE and the inducing conditions of the phase transition are investigated. The statistics laws between the structure of molecular chains and the metastable state are investigated from the molecular level by molecular dynamics simulation of polymer chain in the various state of the structure and mobility.The relationship between the phase transition and the process conditions is estabilitied and the effective controlling methods are developed to enhance the product performance. The relationship between the fusion defects and the product performance is explored, imploving wear resistance of UHMPWE as artificial joint materials.The research will provide the theoretical basis on the UHMWPE processing and its application, having an importance theoretic significance and application prospects.
