中文摘要: 在惯性约束聚变(ICF)研究中,寻找最佳的靶丸材料是一项重要任务。透明氧化铝(Al2O3)陶瓷材料,可使制备的靶丸长期保持稳定的理化性能与几何尺寸,有利于形成均匀的冷冻氘氚燃料层,可以提高爆聚的均匀性、对称性以及爆聚效率,因此,利用透明Al2O3陶瓷空心微球作靶丸材料具有良好的应用前景。本项目将在申请人前期工作的基础上,采用具有自主知识产权的氧化铝陶瓷空心微球制备方法,结合化学异质形核沉淀法、气氛烧结技术及超精密抛光技术等透明陶瓷材料制备及加工的先进方法,研究毫米尺度透明氧化铝陶瓷空心微球的成型机制与微结构控制技术,以获得适合ICF实验靶丸的透明Al2O3陶瓷空心微球;研究透明陶瓷空心微球的微观组织结构对微球的形成、物理特性及宏观性能的影响机理。本项目的实施将形成具有自主知识产权的透明Al2O3陶瓷空心微球的制备技术,对推动ICF研究的发展具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: To find the optimal target materials is the important task in the study of inertial confinement fusion (ICF) target. Hollow transparent alumina ceramics microsphere has a good application prospect as ICF target materials because the alumina ceramics can maintain the long-term size and physicochemical stability in liquid helium temperature, which can enhance the uniformity, symmetry and efficiency of imploding due to the forming of the cryogenic deuterium-tritium layer uniformity in transparent alumina ceramics hollow microsphere. In this study, the form mechanism and control technology of microstructure for fabricating the millimeter scale hollow transparent alumina ceramics microsphere will be researched. The influence and mechanism of microstructure on the microsphere form, physical characteristic and macro-property of the millimeter scale hollow transparent alumina ceramics microsphere as ICF target materials will also be studied, which are important for the scientific study of ICF.
