中文摘要: 分布式电源接入后增加了系统的复杂性,出现多电源环网、模型参数不精确等传统状态估计方法难以处理的问题。因此,对有源配电网状态估计问题应进行深入和系统地研究,以达到实时监视和分析的目的。 本项目拟建立有源配电网抗差状态估计数学模型,在模型中考虑分布式电源模型参数的不确定性,使用集合论估计、区间分析方法等数学工具分析参数不确定性对状态估计结果的影响。提出通用、计算速度能满足应用要求的算法,实现对所建立模型的有效求解。本项目拟在浙江大学智能电网实验室建立有源配电网抗差状态估计示范平台,实现分布式电源即插即用,提高配电网状态估计结果的实用价值,并将其作为输入应用于后续的分析和控制功能中去。

英文摘要: In modern distribution grids with wide dispersion of distributed power generation units and power electronic converters, the overall system presents increasing complexity. Traditional state estimation, based on static or quasi-static system models, becomes inadequate to monitor the system in real time and to manage the system. Consequently, the systematical and deep research of robust state estimation theory has become an urgent issue towards an active distribution grid. In the project, robust state estimation model for active distribution networks will be built, and the uncertainty of model parameters of distributed energy sources will be considered in the model. Set theory estimation and interval analysis method are used to solve the problem. After the model is built, universal algorithm will be proposed which should be fast enough to applications. Demonstration platform of proposed state estimation system will be constructed in Zhejiang University's smart gird lab. Estimation results will be used in subsequent analysis and control systems, so application value of estimation results will be highly improved if this project is success.
