中文摘要: 功能化修饰的碳纳米管(CNTs)在生物传递和基因治疗中有广阔的应用前景。作为一类新型的既具有药物负载又具备生物标记功能的一体化载体,荧光CNTs将为生命体系的靶向示踪,高灵敏、实时、原位荧光成像,生物芯片和传感器等研究提供新的发展契机,并有望用于药物传送和缓释、癌症诊断和靶向治疗中。本项目拟合成一系列结构新颖的荧光CNTs,选择不同类型的两亲分子将其有效分散,提高它在水溶液中的溶解度;并进一步以泡沫、液晶、囊泡等两亲分子有序组合体为模板,对荧光CNTs进行性能调控,使其能够发挥更优异的光电性能,以最大限度地发掘荧光CNTs的科学价值;同时研究荧光CNTs的结构与性能之间的关系;探讨两亲分子的结构及外界条件(分散方式、温度、pH值、离子强度)对荧光CNTs分散和性能调控的影响并阐述其相互作用机理。该项目的研究能够为荧光CNTs在生命科学及相关领域的应用提供重要的实验数据支持和必要的理论指导。

英文摘要: Functionalized carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have great potential applications in biological delivery and gene therapy. As a new type of integrated carriers which have the abilities of both drug loading and biological labelling, fluorescent CNTs are endowing new developing opportunities in targeting tracer, fluorescence imaging, biological chip and biosensor in living system. They are expected to be used for drug delivery and controlled release, cancer diagnosis and targeted therapy. This project aims to synthesize a series of novel fluorescent CNTs, which will then be dispersed into aqueous solutions by using different types of amphiphilic molecules. The photoelectronic properties of these fluorescent CNTs will be further enhanced by template modulation using self-assemblies of amphiphilc molecules including foams, liquid crystals and vesicles. We will also explore the structure-property relationship by investigating the influences of molecular structure and various external conditions (method of dispersion, temperature, pH value, ionic strength) on the dispersion and property manipulation of these fluorescent CNTs in aqueous solutions.
