中文摘要: 探索了脉冲激光沉积法以及溶胶凝胶法和快速层层退火工艺在氯化钠(简称NaCl)衬底上制备了钙锶铋钛(简称CSBT)模板晶粒膜的工艺方法及对材料显微结构的影响,通过比较,得出尽管两种方法均能够制备出连续的模板晶粒膜,但从质量上分析,采用溶胶凝胶法和快速层层退火工艺较佳;为了防止NaCl对CSBT发生扩散造成不良影响,在NaCl衬底和CSBT膜之间引入了镍酸镧 (简称LNO) 薄膜层作为过渡层,研究了LNO过渡层对CSBT模板晶粒膜结构和性能的影响;为了便于CSBT模板晶粒膜与氯化钠衬底的剥离和剪裁,采用改良了的溶胶凝胶法(粉末溶胶法)和快速层层退火工艺制备了厚度大于1.5μ的CSBT厚膜,研究了工艺对厚膜结构和性能的影响,尤其是对CSBT厚膜a轴择优取向的影响;溶解NaCl衬底得到CSBT模板晶粒膜,利用模板晶粒膜,合理放置于CSBT粉体压制成型烧结,制备出了有择优取向的织构化的CSBT陶瓷,研究了模板晶粒膜对CSBT陶瓷取向及性能的影响。

英文摘要: The templated Ca0.4Sr0.6Bi4Ti4O15(CSBT) grain films were successfully prepared by PLD and Sol-gel methods with a layer-by-layer annealing procedure on NaCl substrate. Even though the targeted film can be prepared by both methods, the film grown by the Sol-gel method with the annealing procedure has higher quality. The thickness of the film is about 1.5μso that the CSBT template film can be easily cut from the NaCl substract. To prevent the diffusion from the NaCl substrate to the CSBT films, a LaNiO3 (LNO) buffer layer was introduced. The effects of the LNO layer on the structure and electrical properties of CSBT film were investigated systematically. To improve the polarization of the CSBT film, it is thus of great interest to design a process that can adjust the crystallization behavior of BLSFs to stimulate the growth of a-axis-oriented crystals. In this paper, a-oriented CSBT films were prepared by controlling the heat treatment process. First, by dissolving the NaCl substrate, we can get the CSBT template grain film. Then, on top of the template grain, the CSBT ceramics with texture were prepared through the epitaxial growth. The effects of the template grain on the orientation and electrical properties of CSBT ceramics were studied.
