中文摘要: 摘要:纳米科技经过最近几十年的迅速发展,达到了大规模的商业化程度,但是对于真实产品中纳米材料在环境中的释放和转化及其环境风险等方面的研究尚处在起步阶段。纳米银医用敷料是纳米技术在医疗护理方面的重要应用,在使用后的暂存过程中可能受到紫外辐射等环境条件的影响,造成纳米银的释放和转化,进而引起相应的环境风险。因此,本项目期望在建立具有精确条件控制的模拟环境中,表征和量化敷料产品中纳米银释放和转化的产物,明确紫外辐射对该过程的影响,进一步以秀丽隐杆线虫为模式生物,从物化机制的角度分析纳米银释放和转化产物的生物毒性,为深入评价实际纳米材料产品的环境风险提供研究思路和科学依据。

英文摘要: Abstract:Rapid development of nanotechnology in recent decades led to a full scale commercialization with more and more products containing engineered nanomaterials (ENMs) available in the market. This phenomenon raised concerns about the release and transformation of ENMs, and the corresponding environmental risks in the public. Nanosilver wound dressing is an important appliance of nanotechnology in healthcare, but the product may be exposed to ultraviolet radiation (UVR, for sterilization) in the temporary storage room of medical institutions, causing release and transformation of nanosilver with possible environmental risks. In this research, we plan to investigate the influence of UVR upon the release and transformation of nanosilver from wound dressing in a controlled simulative system through physic/chemical analyses, and their toxicity on Caenorhabditis elegans. Our work may provide new thoughts and evidence for the assessment on the environmental risk of real products containing ENMs.
