中文摘要: 针对氧化锆材料抗热震性能差及用于冶金浇钢水口时引发的各种问题,本项目利用多相陶瓷材料的复相改性原理,制备了Al/AlN-ZrO2-N2系统复相材料;探讨了该体系中的反应、材料的制备工艺及性能。主要研究了Al粉氮化反应的热力学与动力学过程,AlN粉体的合成方法,Al/AlN-ZrO2-N2系统的高温反应,原料粒度与含量及添加剂种类对Al/AlN-ZrO2-N2系复相材料烧结、相组成、显微结构及其性能的影响;探讨了富含AlN相AlN-ZrO2复相材料的制备工艺、防氧化方法及其热震稳定性。结果表明,Al/AlN-ZrO2-N2系统可在高温反应形成ZrN、ZrAl3O3N、Al2O3等新的物相。以微米级Al粉、AlN粉和ZrO2粉为原料,以CaF2、ZrB2、MoSi2为添加剂,制备出了富含ZrN相ZrN-ZrO2基复相材料。以毫米级AlN颗粒和微米级ZrO2粉为原料,以TiO2、Al2O3为添加剂,制备出了富含AlN相AlN-ZrO2基复相材料。经二甲苯-聚碳硅烷-二硅化钼料浆浸渍涂覆防氧化处理的AlN-ZrO2基复相材料,其抗氧化和抗热震性能优良,可应用于温度急变、侵蚀性强的高温作业环境。

英文摘要: In this project, according to poor thermal shock resistanc of ZrO2 material and its bringing many problems for nozzle brick of steel ladle, Al/AlN-ZrO2-N2 system composites were prepared by complex phase modification principle. Reactions, manufacturing process and properties of Al/AlN-ZrO2-N2 system composites were investigated. Following issues were mostly investigated in the project, such as thermodynamics and dynamic process of reaction between Al powder and N2, method of synthesizing AlN powder, effect of particle size and ratio of raw materials and kinds of additives on sinterability, phase composition, microstructure and performance of the materials. Method of preparation, antioxidation and its thermal shock resistanc of AlN rich AlN-ZrO2 composites were investigated. The results showed that new phases of ZrN, ZrAl3O3N, Al2O3, etc were formed at high temperature. With micron-size powder of Al, AlN and ZrO2 as raw materials, with CaF2, ZrB2, MoSi2 as additives, ZrN rich ZrN-ZrO2 matrix composites had been prepared by reactive sintering. With millimeter-size powder of AlN and micron-size powder of ZrO2 as raw materials, with TiO2, Al2O3 as additives, AlN rich AlN-ZrO2 matrix composites had been prepared in the process. By means of treatment of immersing the AlN-ZrO2 matrix composites in xylene-polycarbosilane-molybdenum disilicide slurry, the AlN-ZrO2 matrix composites had good properties of antioxidation and thermal shock resistance, and it could be used under harsh conditions with temperature rapidly changing and strong corrosion.
