中文摘要: 凝胶推进剂兼具液体推进剂和固体推进剂的优势,偏二甲肼自燃推进剂凝胶化已成为其提高推进剂贮存稳定性、操作安全性等性能的主要趋势。但偏二甲肼凝胶燃料蒸发燃烧机理与传统的偏二甲肼液体推进剂差别很大,且目前国内外其它相关文献还没有关于偏二甲肼凝胶燃料蒸发燃烧特性研究的报道。针对上述问题,本课题首次提出考虑燃烧室中凝胶推进剂喷雾液滴的蒸发燃烧过程是在高压对流环境下进行的实际情况,以偏二甲肼凝胶燃料和金属化偏二甲肼凝胶燃料为研究对象,设计凝胶燃料喷射液滴高压蒸发燃烧实验,揭示偏二甲肼凝胶燃料喷射液滴在高压环境下运动过程中的蒸发燃烧机理与规律,并通过建模仿真,系统研究燃烧室环境参数、推进剂喷射参数、凝胶燃料配方对偏二甲肼凝胶燃料喷射液滴高压蒸发燃烧过程的影响规律。项目研究成果将为新型凝胶推进剂性能分析及凝胶火箭发动机设计提供科学依据,并有望在金属化偏二甲肼凝胶推进剂蒸发燃烧机理上取得突破。

英文摘要: Gel propellants potentially combine the advantages of liquid propellant and solid propellant. In order to improve its storage stability and handing safety, the unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) is being gelled by adding the organic gellant. Because of the addition of gellant to UDMH, evaporation and combustion processes of gelled UDMH are different from those of pure UDMH. However, previous investigations haven't concentrated on the combustion processes of gelled UDMH fuels. Therefore, the present study is focused on the evaporation and burning behaviors of gelled UDMH spraying droplets within high-pressure convective environments for the first time. The experiment of the burning behavior of gelled UDMH droplets especially within a high-pressure convective environment is designed and conducted to reveal the evaporation and burning mechanisms both of gelled UDMH fuel and gelled metallized UDMH fuel. Additionally, the effect laws of chamber operational parameters, propellant injected parameters and formulation on the evaporation and burning processes of gelled UDMH droplets in the high-pressure convective environments are studied by modeling and simulating.
